   Proposal Description:
   Our aims involve a description of clinico-pathological correlation in DLB, which we think will have important impact on the field.    Aim 1: Correlate the severity of Lewy body (LB) pathology with antemortem cognitive impairment to test our hypothesis (based on published data from our large autopsy cohort) that neocortical LB pathology has an unexpectedly modest impact on cognitive impairment.    Aim 2: Figure out the extent of LB neuropathological sampling bias in non-demented people
